(Yukigica or something like that, I forget the spelling.) The first mod with the NMM you need to install is the Yukigica Unofficial Patch for New Vegas. All of these just require dragging and dropping into some place in the game directory follow the instructions listed by the mod creators in order to do so. Stability mods are pretty much the only ones that will be installed manually, into the game directory. NOTE: MOSTLY ALL MODS WILL BE INSTALLED VIA THE NEXUS MOD MANAGER, AKA NOT MANUALLY. Scan for games in NMM so that it finds New Vegas. It's pretty straight forward run the installer, set the location for mods installed, etc.

It's fixed some of those flaws and I highly recommend you use NMM (Nexus Mod Manager). NMM is the most popular and does have a few flaws. Second of all, you will need a Mod Manager. I have an account for free and so does my friend. Try that step again, because you NEED an account to download mods. They do urge to donate to them, but it isn't mandatory. First of all, Nexus Mods doesn't require money to have an account.
